Role: Head of Growth

Our client is a high-growth, software-enabled consumer services company is redefining a traditionally fragmented, low-trust industry through technology and operational excellence. By combining proprietary software with a vertically integrated service model, the company delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience while improving outcomes for its workforce.
The business has achieved market leadership in multiple major metro areas with minimal paid acquisition, driven largely by strong unit economics and organic demand. With a ~$10M revenue run rate and highly efficient customer economics, the company is now preparing for its next phase of growth, including geographic expansion and institutional fundraising.
Having proven product-market fit and operational dominance in its core markets, the company is now investing in building a scalable, repeatable growth engine for the first time.
Position Overview:
This is a founding-level growth role responsible for building the entire customer acquisition function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define strategy, implement infrastructure, and execute across channels with full ownership of outcomes.
You will operate as a hands-on, individual contributor for the first 6–12 months—personally managing channels, building attribution systems, and driving measurable growth—before hiring and scaling a team as performance justifies.
