Our client is a fast-growing, profitable telehealth platform operating a portfolio of consumer healthcare brands is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead its next phase of growth. The business is licensed nationwide and serves a large, active customer base across multiple verticals within digital health.
The company has already established strong demand and a highly effective paid acquisition engine. It is now at an inflection point—focused on evolving beyond paid-led growth toward a more diversified, durable marketing function. This includes strengthening retention and lifecycle performance, expanding acquisition channels, and building more cohesive product, brand, and customer experiences.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a marketing operator who can balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a resource-conscious, regulated environment. The role will shape how marketing contributes to long-term value creation across a multi-brand ecosystem.
Position Overview:
The VP of Marketing will own and evolve the end-to-end marketing function across a portfolio of consumer healthcare brands. The immediate priority is improving retention and lifecycle performance—particularly in areas where long-term engagement is critical to the business model.
Beyond retention, this leader will drive channel diversification, elevate website and brand experience, and establish stronger functional leadership across growth disciplines including SEO, lifecycle, and product/brand marketing.
The role includes managing and developing an existing team spanning performance marketing, organic/SEO, and lifecycle retention, while also identifying opportunities to strengthen capabilities, processes, and organizational structure over time.

The strongest candidates will bring a clear spike in retention and lifecycle, but enough range across adjacent marketing functions to lead a broader organization.
