Job Title: Sales Representative – Advanced Home Wound Care

Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with 3–10+ years of experience selling healthcare services or products into home health agencies, SNFs/ALFs, physician practices, hospital discharge planners, and home care agencies. This is a field-based, business development role responsible for driving referral growth and market penetration within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive referrals for in-home advanced wound care services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at home health agencies, SNFs/ALFs, hospitals, and physician offices
- Conduct daily prospecting and face-to-face meetings with key referral sources, including discharge planners, case managers, and administrators
- Educate referral sources on clinical benefits, patient outcomes, and service differentiators
- Collaborate with clinical operations to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for referred patients
- Track sales activities, referral volume, and account status using CRM tools
- Represent the brand at industry events, networking groups, and educational sessions
- Provide competitive intelligence and field feedback to leadership
Qualifications
- 3–10+ years of successful B2B healthcare sales experience, preferably in wound care, home health, DME, hospice, infusion, or mobile physician services
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Existing relationships with home health, SNF/ALF, and hospital discharge planners strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage a large territory independently
- Working knowledge of referral processes, Medicare, and post-acute care landscape
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; clinical background a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within territory
