What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Manage day-to-day accounting tasks — from accounts payable to month end close
✅ Perform accurate account, parts, and credit card reconciliations
✅ Keep detailed financial records and ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies
✅ Generate reports that help management make informed business decisions
✅ Work alongside leadership to enhance and streamline accounting processes
✅ Support tax prep, audits, and other financial reporting needs
What We’re Looking For:
🌟 Proven bookkeeping experience — automotive industry experience is a major plus
🌟 Experience with Protractor automotive software (this is also a must!)
🌟 Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
🌟 Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
🌟 Top-notch attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
