🔧 Master Automotive Technician / A-Level Mechanic – Multi-Unit Repair Shop Group

Location: Greater Raleigh–Durham, NC

Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Nights. No Weekends. No Holidays.)

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience ($30-$45/hr) + bonuses

AutoShop Recruiting is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician for a highly reputable, multi-location auto repair shop chain throughout the Raleigh/Durham market.

This is a career home for a technician who wants steady workflow, a Monday–Friday schedule, and unlimited paid training and certifications. You'll work with a leadership team that values integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of makes and models.
• Perform high-level electrical, mechanical, and drivability work.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Stay current with new technology through paid training and certification pathways.
• Collaborate with a professional team that supports efficiency and excellence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• ASE Master Technician or equivalent experience.
• Strong diagnostic and drivability skills.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and pride in your work.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
