✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of shop operations including workflow, staffing, sales, and guest experience
• Build and coach a team of technicians and service advisors grounded in trust, growth, and accountability
• Set the tone for hospitality-focused service, clear communication, and strong community connection
• Monitor KPIs such as car count, ARO, productivity, and profitability — and use them to inspire results
• Manage parts inventory and vendor relationships with stewardship and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and uphold a clean, welcoming, faith-centered environment
• Partner with ownership to continuously improve systems, culture, and long-term growth

🔧 What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a GM, Service Manager, or Lead Tech/Foreman
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Deep knowledge of automotive repair operations (independent shop experience preferred)
• Strong communication and guest service abilities
• Experience managing P&L, KPIs, and team performance metrics
• Familiarity with systems like Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, or RO Writer
• Alignment with a faith-based culture and values
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
