As our Digital Content Strategist at Midwestern, you'll work closely with the Experience Team lead to elevate our brand as a trusted software partner. You will collaborate with leadership teams to create videos, graphics, and animations to support social media posts while tactically executing brand social media strategy through scheduling, engagement, and strategic adjustments. You will manage our vibrant social media platforms, craft engaging copy for marketing materials, and immerse yourself in our positive work culture – your understanding and engagement fuels authentic storytelling! The is an onsite role based in Joplin MO; remote opportunities available for the right candidate who can commute to Joplin monthly.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Work with the experience team leaders to develop engaging content tailored for various social media platforms.

Scheduling and Posting: Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence

Strategy Development: Work with the experience team leaders to create and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals.

Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and surface recommendations the experience team leaders to adjust strategies based on data insights.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in content creation and social media management for a B2B or technology company.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- Strategic and creative content marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy in various formats.
- Excellent knowledge of Linkedin posts, sponsored posts, ads, and inbound tactics after.
- Ability to work in content management systems
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms.
Bonus Points:
- Experience ghostwriting for various LinkedIn personas.
- Expertise in video shooting, editing, and scriptwriting.
- Familiarity with design principles and basic knowledge of graphic design software.
- Excellent analytical and data visualization skills.
