Details:


  • Work in downtown Joplin, MO
  • A remote role may be available to the right candidate
  • US candidates only, ideally working in the CST time zone
  • 40 hours/week between 9-5 M-F
  • Computer and work station provided


Responsibilities:


  • Candidate Sourcing and Identification
  • Effectively identify and source qualified candidates for assigned open roles using a variety of methods and tools 
  • Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to refine candidate searches and target highly specialized roles 
  • Leverage social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to build a robust talent pipeline 
  • Implement proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates 
  • Develop and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Candidate Engagement and Qualification:
  • Effectively engage sourced candidates through personalized communication strategies 
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to qualify or disqualify candidates for assigned open roles 
  • Maintain continuous engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Professional Communication 
  • Demonstrate exceptional professional communication skills in all interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and team members 
  • Apply sound judgment in decision-making processes related to candidate selection and recruitment strategies.
  • Provide constructive feedback to all candidates, enhancing their experience and maintaining positive relationships
  • Collaborate with Sales and Director of Recruiting to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Service-Oriented Approach:
  • Consistently seek to serve MWI team members, clients, and candidates with a high level of dedication and professionalism 
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their unique hiring needs and preferences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's culture and values to attract top talent 
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to all parties involved in the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and satisfaction
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation 
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and address candidate concerns 
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System 
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the hiring process 


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years in talent acquisition, ideally sourcing for technical roles
  • Motivated, eager to learn
  • Well-spoken, strong written presence
  • Competitive, not easily discouraged
  • Adaptable and a go-getter/able to absorb new information extremely well
  • Can manage their calendar well
  • Comfortable working with technology and different tools to enhance candidate process


Nice to Haves:


  • Knowledge of the software development industry
  • Experience working with individuals in a 1:1 setting

  • Ability to communicate with humans of all types
  • Proven track record of self-discipline
  • Ability to follow instructions and attention to details

Hiring Process


  • Application: Complete our questionnaire and attach your resume
  • Preliminary Interview: We’ll get to know each other during a 20-30 minute interview with our Talent Acquisition team
  • Follow-Up Interview: Meet with the Hiring Manager
  • Final Interview: Meet with a panel of our leadership for final introductions
