Position Summary:
- Provides high-level administrative and technical support to management, including program coordination, data analysis, reporting, and complex administrative tasks.
- Works independently with minimal supervision and exercises discretion, judgment, and confidentiality in handling departmental information and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support analysis, implementation, and monitoring of departmental programs and projects
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and recommendations
- Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Coordinate administrative workflows, office functions, and project activities
- Maintain databases, records, and tracking systems with accuracy and compliance
- Provide executive-level support including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Communicate with staff, public, vendors, and external agencies
- Interpret and apply policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Perform related administrative and analytical duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional coursework in business, economics, statistics, or related field preferred)
- Four (4) years of responsible administrative or executive-level support experience
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of office systems, databases, and standard business software
- High level of discretion and independent judgment
Work Environment:
- Standard office setting; requires use of computer systems and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
The hiring rate for this position is $42.22 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
