Duties: Role Overview
- We are seeking a Contract Operations Specialist to support the company for Real Estate team during a temporary staffing transition.
- The company for Real Estate team partners with large owners, operators and developers to normalize hosting in global Real Estate through the company -Friendly Program.
- This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Real Estate group to effectively execute critical projects and activities that support many points of the client life cycle to help grow our programs.
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter who possesses strong reasoning skills, a solution-driven approach, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
A Typical Day:
- Serve as the primary lead for managing sales outreach projects, including identifying influential stakeholders, finding corresponding contacts, and managing campaigns.
- Support sales team in managing logistics and outreach ahead of conferences, including compiling attendee lists, assigning leads to the team by territory, and supporting any other necessary tasks ahead of the event.
- Lead purchase order process for all third party vendors across the Real Estate Group.
- Manage tasks within our customer onboarding process including curating photos, conducting audits, and managing salesforce tracking.
- Assist the marketing team in creating collateral for our customers.
- This will include versioning out marketing assets, permissioning box folders with the correct stakeholders, and managing trackers and payments for promotions.
- Support our account management team in providing monthly reporting to clients, managing internal tracking of initiatives, and conducting outreach campaigns to key stakeholders such as new hosts or residents who have stopped hosting.
- Serve as a lead in managing our address detection program.
- Investigate listings that potentially have incorrect addresses and bring them into compliance through direct communications with hosts.
- Enrich condo hotel data by conducting external research through public websites to validate and update key information such as unit counts, property names, ownership structures, and management affiliations
Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in client/user-facing roles with a strong focus on stakeholder communication and management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Sheets Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Asana) is a plus.
- Experience in tracking performance metrics for projects and reporting progress.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with teams across different departments & time zones.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and support collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
- Investigative mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
Education:
The hiring range for this position is $30 to $37per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
