Innovative Opening Solutions (IOS), a Cincinnati-based commercial door and systems integrator, is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the next phase of our growth. IOS delivers custom, high-quality openings for commercial properties and is recognized for innovative thinking, relentless follow-through, and a culture built on integrity and drive.


As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to architect the structure, strategy, and rhythm of our sales organization—transforming a solid foundation into a scalable, data-driven growth engine.


What You’ll Do

  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team aligned with company goals and values
  • Define and implement sales processes, KPIs, and accountability frameworks that drive predictable results
  • Partner with leadership to create and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance analytics to inform business decisions
  • Drive customer engagement and retention through excellence in service and communication
  • Select, implement, and champion a CRM system that supports scalable growth


What You Bring

  • 8–10 years of progressive sales management experience
  • 5+ years in sales (experience in the construction, security, or building systems industries preferred)
  • Proven success building structure and process for growing sales teams
  • Strong business acumen and ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Experience with CRM implementation and driving adoption
  • A self-starter mentality — organized, driven, and collaborative
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
