Facilities Project Manager – High Net Worth Family Office
Our client, a prestigious High Net Worth Family Office, is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of residential property projects. This individual will be responsible for managing upgrades, renovations, and creative solutions to unique challenges within luxury residences. With a focus on discretion, high-touch service, and exceptional project execution, this role is ideal for someone with experience in luxury residential construction, architecture, or facilities.
Location
This position may be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, or New York, with travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Head of Real Estate and collaborate closely with executive leadership.
- Manage multiple residential projects simultaneously, from small upgrades to large-scale renovations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, provide creative problem-solving, and present tailored solutions to address the Principal’s requests.
- Engage and oversee a wide range of vendors, architects, designers, and contractors, ensuring the highest quality of work and timely delivery.
- Serve as the project lead, coordinating all moving parts and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion while working in high-touch, private settings.
- Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision, providing transparent updates to leadership.
- Uphold the family office’s standards of excellence, service, and professionalism across all projects.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management within construction, architecture, or facilities, preferably in the luxury residential sector.
- Strong background in managing end-to-end residential projects, including feasibility studies, planning, and vendor engagement.
- Proven ability to creatively problem-solve and deliver customized solutions in high-touch, service-oriented environments.
- Exceptional vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy, with experience utilizing project management and facilities software.
