Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Actuary to join their team. This role is integral to the organization's commercial pricing function, with a focus on commercial lines such as CMP and commercial auto. The successful candidate will influence key business decisions through advanced actuarial analysis and modeling, working on projects of moderate to high complexity and contributing to innovative solutions that drive business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform complex actuarial and statistical analyses, including the development and application of predictive modeling techniques, to inform pricing and product strategies.
• Communicate technical results and recommendations clearly to various stakeholders, influencing decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
• Mentor and develop less experienced actuarial staff, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines (CMP or commercial auto) pricing experience, with strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and regulations.
• ACAS designation required, with active pursuit of FCAS and/or CSPA designation preferred.
