The Role
As VP of Growth Marketing, you’ll build and lead a world-class, data-driven growth organization. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll own customer acquisition, performance marketing, and the full-funnel growth strategy across digital channels. This role requires an operator who has personally scaled complex businesses and can bring a repeatable playbook.

📈 Own acquisition strategy across paid social, search, affiliate, and emerging channels
📊 Drive full-funnel performance with a sharp focus on CAC, LTV, and revenue growth
🧪 Build advanced experimentation and testing frameworks
🤝 Partner with brand, creative, product, and tech to align growth with long-term strategy
👥 Lead and develop a high-performing growth team
📅 Forecast budgets and performance across large-scale media investments
