Creativity is at the heart of everything we do. We use popular culture, entertainment and humour to inspire action and bring people together. Our new Chief Creative Officer will be crucial in ensuring that our brand continues to stand out – not just as a charity, but as an innovative force that captivates new generations through compelling, relevant content.
As Chief Creative Officer, you will oversee our production department, leading content development across digital media, social media, TV, gaming, and more. You’ll be responsible for engaging with talent and influencers and staying at the pulse of popular culture to ensure we remain fresh, relevant, and exciting. Ultimately, your work will drive the big ideas that get people to care — especially during key moments like Red Nose Day.
Beyond this, you will champion creativity throughout the organisation, fostering a culture where fresh ideas can come from anywhere. It’s about ensuring that creativity is embedded in everything we do, from our campaigns to our internal processes.
This is a newly created executive-level role with direct involvement in shaping the future of Comic Relief. You’ll work closely with the CEO, our trustees, and other senior leaders to guide our strategy and deliver inspiring, impactful content that will shape our next chapter.
