At Greenhouse Sports, we believe every child deserves a fair chance in life. But for millions of children in the UK growing up in poverty, those chances are not equal. We won’t stop until they are.

We are a leading UK youth development charity, directly supporting children facing disadvantage to unlock their potential. Since 2002, we’ve been placing full-time coach-mentors in schools located in high-deprivation areas, delivering free, high-quality sports and mentoring programmes to over 8,500 young people each year. These trusted role models use the power of sport to build confidence, resilience, and aspiration - transforming school engagement and life outcomes for children every year.

We’re now seeking new Trustees to help expand our network of passionate supporters and donors. We’re looking for people who bring powerful networks and a passion for social impact, to support us in raising vital funds and scaling our work to meet its full potential.
