This is a rare opportunity for a tenured Commercial Lines Producer to step into a leadership-led platform with warm accounts, carrier relationships, and proven traction in key verticals like transportation and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development in commercial lines through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Run a full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, presenting, negotiating, closing, and onboarding clients.
- Leverage access to 200+ carrier markets, internal marketing support, and systems like AMS360 and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with account management teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction and account growth.
- Maintain pipeline reporting and key sales activity within the CRM.
- Represent the organization at regional events and industry associations when appropriate.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of commercial insurance sales experience, with a track record of consistent production.
- Strong experience or network within the transportation, logistics, or auto services verticals.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
- Proficiency with commercial lines risk management strategy and placement.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Familiarity with AMS360 and Salesforce preferred.
- Location: Based in Eastern Massachusetts or Northern Connecticut, with ability to work hybrid/in-office.
