About the Role:

This is a high-impact opportunity to join an early-stage HR tech venture that is building a private talent marketplace platform designed to transform how companies attract and retain top talent. With a focus on reducing costly turnover—especially in high-churn industries like healthcare and retail—the platform uses AI to drive better hiring outcomes and workforce stability.

The product is targeted at CHROs, VPs of HR, and Talent Acquisition leaders, and operates on a subscription model with contract values ranging from $250K to $3–4M annually. Backed by experienced founders with a track record of scaling high-growth companies, the team is now building out a world-class go-to-market function.


Overview:

We’re hiring a Demand Generation Manager to build and execute a scalable, data-driven marketing engine that drives high-quality leads for the sales development team. You’ll work directly with the CEO and play a foundational role in setting the company’s go-to-market motion in place.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with the SDR Manager to ensure alignment on lead quality, volume, and handoff processes
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across digital channels including email, paid search, LinkedIn, and webinars
  • Design and manage nurturing workflows and lead scoring in a marketing automation platform
  • Analyze campaign performance and use data to improve targeting, messaging, and ROI
  • Work directly with the CEO and future marketing leadership on brand positioning and top-of-funnel strategy
  • Bring fresh thinking and test new tactics to continuously improve results
  • Report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive stakeholders


Preferred Backgrounds:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled service environment
  • Strong track record of building and optimizing campaigns that generate sales pipeline
  • Solid grasp of funnel metrics, conversion strategies, and lead nurturing best practices
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable making data-informed decisions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions
  • Energized by building from scratch and taking ownership of results
