Job Title: Internal Recruiter (Latin America – Remote)

Location: Remote (Latin America preferred)


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition efforts while also supporting client relationships. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment — we’re looking for someone who can manage the full recruitment cycle, partner directly with clients, and deliver strategic staffing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as both recruiter and account manager, ensuring strong client relationships.
  • Source top talent across Latin America and globally as needed.
  • Handle multiple requisitions independently and deliver quality hires in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve recruitment processes and strategies.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a 360 role (business development, client management, and recruiting).
  • Strong track record of managing client relationships and filling roles independently.
  • Experience sourcing across various industries and functions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Previous account management or business development experience is a strong plus.
