POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use marketing process to land new and effectively manage current accounts
- Work within marketing budget to effectively manage each referral account
- Plan calendar accordingly to hit the needed number of in-person visits and phone touches each day
- 5-7 in-person visits each day
- 15+ phone calls each day
- Proactively move towards conflict and bring solutions within various partnerships and relationships

COMPENSATION
- $80-100K
- Base: $70-90K
- Commission: $15-20K
Paid Time Off (PTO):
- Once 90 days is completed, 1 day added each month. PTO caps at 7 days in first year.
- PTO increases up to 10 days Year 2.
Paid Sick Time:
- 1 day Paid Sick Time per month after 90 days.
- Caps at 5 days.
- After 1 year get those 5 days upfront.
Vehicle Reimbursement: As you progress in your training, you will be eligible for a monthly fixed payment of $520. In addition, you will receive reimbursement for business mileage at a predetermined rate.
