POSITION OBJECTIVE

Are you a dynamic, innovative, and experienced civil engineer ready to lead and make an impact? Spaceco Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to drive the success of our Indianapolis office. In this role, you will manage high-impact projects, build lasting client relationships, and mentor a talented team of professionals. POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers and CAD professionals to achieve their best work.
• Public Engagement: Represent Spaceco at municipal meetings and other public forums to advance project objectives.
• Drive Success: Manage project budgets and schedules while driving revenue.
• Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, efficient solutions.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a PE license (Professional Engineer) required.
• Experience: 10-12 years of civil engineering experience, with proven expertise in single-family residential development.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and projects.
• Client Savvy: Exceptional relationship-building and client management abilities.
• Go-Getter: Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to excellence.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including technical presentations.
• Versatility: Familiarity with industrial and commercial project types is a plus.
