Schedule: Part-Time (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday)

We’re looking for a personable and experienced RV Sales Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping customers find the right RV in a relaxed, low-pressure environment.
Ideal for a recently retired RV sales professional looking to stay engaged in the industry without the high-pressure atmosphere of traditional sales lots.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Listen to customer needs and guide them toward RV models that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Progress sales opportunities by maintaining consistent follow-up and lead tracking
- Ask for the sale in a respectful and non-aggressive manner
- Advertise and promote inventory through social media and other online platforms
- Ensure honesty, clarity, and transparency in every customer interaction
- Collaborate with team members to provide a consistent and excellent customer experience
- Maintain a clean and inviting showroom environment
- Participate in occasional dealership events or promotions
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in RV sales preferred
- Comfortable working in a low-pressure, relationship-driven sales environment
- Ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and provide transparent information
- Confidence to ask for the sale politely and professionally
- Organized and able to track leads and follow up in a timely manner
- Basic experience with social media platforms for marketing and inventory promotion
- Reliable, trustworthy, and customer-first mindset
- Available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays
