Job description
We’re a fast-paced, small dealership committed to delivering high-quality vehicle repair services with speed and precision. We’re looking for a Lead Mechanic who’s ready to take ownership of the shop floor and help us drive performance and growth.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong mechanical background, sharp diagnostic skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit to step into a leadership role that truly makes an impact.
Job duties include:
• Perform thorough assessments and accurate diagnostics of vehicles
• Make confident decisions about whether repairs should be completed in-house or outsourced
• Manage the shop with a focus on fast turnarounds, quality repairs, and operational efficiency
• Lead and collaborate with team members to improve shop workflow and productivity
• Identify areas of growth, cost savings, and process improvements with an entrepreneurial mindset
Experience:
• Proven background as an automotive mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Previous leadership or decision-making experience in a shop setting
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain urgency in daily operations
• Confidence to make fast, informed decisions and lead by example
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $40 - $60 per hour
