The Warehouse Material Handler will be responsible for picking tickets, following SOPs to pick the product, assess which company is best for pick-up and arrange for pick-up. This role is unique in that it involves aspects of shipping and receiving too.

Warehouse Material Handler Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating all outbound shipments, including domestic and international
• Ensuring cost effective freight scheduling
• Supporting warehouse operations
• Communicating with internal teams-customer service
• Coordinating incoming returns
• Maintaining accurate shipping records in ERP/WMS systems
• Ensuring all freight bills and documents are correct and submitted promptly

Warehouse Material Handler Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or freight coordination
• Must be able to lift 25-40 pounds as needed
• Strong organizational skills, time management and communication skills
• 1 year forklift experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
