What You'll Do

  • Manage primary custom healthcare research projects from start to finish
  • Take the lead on writing screeners, guides, and reports that directly address business objectives
  • Synthesize qualitative data into meaningful insights and strategic implications
  • Present findings to clients in a clear, engaging way - both written and in person
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices, offering feedback, and setting a great example
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams - keeping everyone in the loop
  • Own quality control, ensuring client deliverables are polished, error-free, and visually sharp
  • Collaborate on proposals and contribute to business development through insights, ideas, and solid research thinking


What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in custom primary market research within healthcare or pharma
  • Mixed-methods experience with a focus on qualitative research
  • A strong grasp of research design, analysis, and storytelling through reports and presentations
  • Project management skills with a knack for anticipating roadblocks before they happen
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communication skills across email, meetings, and client presentations
  • Comfort working with third-party vendors and guiding cross-functional teams
  • A proactive mindset - someone who takes initiative and always looks for ways to add value
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities paired with a flexible, collaborative attitude
