Maintenance Technician


📍 Twinsburg, Ohio

💲 $30–$37/hour

🕒 First Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)


Must be available for occasional after-hours emergency response in a 24/7 manufacturing operation

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving industrial manufacturing equipment and facility systems to maximize uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role supporting production equipment — not general building or apartment maintenance.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on manufacturing equipment
  • Support maintenance activities on extrusion equipment, ovens, chillers, vacuum systems, conveyors, cutters, winders, pumps, motors, and related production machinery
  • Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Diagnose equipment failures and support root cause corrective actions
  • Assist with equipment setups, changeovers, and process improvements
  • Maintain maintenance documentation, work orders, and spare parts records
  • Support facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, water systems, and general industrial facility maintenance
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability
  • Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, GMP, and cleanroom procedures


What We’re Looking For


  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience supporting industrial production equipment
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams


Preferred Background - Experience in any of the following environments is highly valued:


  • Medical device manufacturing
  • Plastics, extrusion, or automated manufacturing
  • Regulated manufacturing environments
  • Cleanroom operations


Schedule & Work Environment


  • Primary schedule is first shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
  • Must be willing to support occasional emergency maintenance calls outside normal hours
  • Manufacturing and cleanroom environment
