The Operations Director reporting directly to the CEO, will oversee U.S. Operations supporting network operations, customer support, infrastructure, service delivery, logistics and advanced service teams. You will manage the operations department and team to drive operational execution through strategic leadership, collaboration and coaching while maintaining strong customer satisfaction, reliability, efficiency and scalability. You will serve as part of the U.S. Leadership team and partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales and System Administration teams as well as global leaders to support overall organizational growth.

Background Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree | MBA is Preferred
  • 20 years of progressively responsible Operations experience
  • 10+ years Operations Leadership experience managing an Operations department and large distributed technical teams in multiple locations
  • REQUIRED: Experience in Data Center, Hosting, Infrastructure, i.e., (IaaS= Cloud, BareMetal, Dedicated Servers, VPS, Colocation, CDN)
  • You have a strong understanding of service delivery models, customer support environments, data center infrastructure and network operations
  • Proven track record of Strategic Operational Execution & Planning with strong analytical & decision-making skills
  • You bring Exceptional Communication, Stakeholder Management & Engagement skills cross-functionally across the business
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational service contracts, vendors & suppliers
