We're partnered a very prestigious local law firm seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal to join their consistently growing team. This in-office position is ideal for someone with experience in insurance defense who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is ready to support attorneys handling complex construction defect cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with discovery, including drafting and managing Notices of Production from Non-Parties and Subpoenas Duces Tecum.
  • Draft, proofread, and file routine discovery.
  • Maintain and organize case files and document management systems.
  • Communicate with clients, insureds, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.


Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a construction defect litigation paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently while being a reliable part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with Clio a plus.
