We're partnered a very prestigious local law firm seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal to join their consistently growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with discovery, including drafting and managing Notices of Production from Non-Parties and Subpoenas Duces Tecum.
- Draft, proofread, and file routine discovery.
- Maintain and organize case files and document management systems.
- Communicate with clients, insureds, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a construction defect litigation paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Able to work independently while being a reliable part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with Clio a plus.
