Overview:

A leading national telecommunications provider is seeking a Client Partner, Enterprise Sales to drive sales initiatives across its advanced wireless and connectivity services. This role is focused on bringing technology-driven solutions to enterprise-level clients through customized strategies and consultative selling.

Position Summary:

The Client Partner will be responsible for developing tailored sales strategies that align with the unique business goals of enterprise clients. This role involves cultivating relationships with key stakeholders—including C-level executives—across both existing accounts and prospective clients. Responsibilities include managing complex contract negotiations, closing high-value deals, and aligning cross-functional teams to support customer success.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work in fast-paced environments, think strategically, and execute with precision in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute tailored sales strategies for enterprise clients, collaborating across internal departments to drive execution.
  • Generate and close new business opportunities with large enterprise accounts (3,000+ employees), including both existing and new clients.
  • Lead high-impact customer engagements focused on long-term relationship building and customer satisfaction.
  • Consult clients on advanced wireless product capabilities and how they support broader business objectives.
  • Manage complex negotiations and successfully close high-value contracts.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, pipeline progression, and sales forecasts for leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7–10 years of business sales experience with a strong track record of performance; at least 5 years in technology, telecom, or software solution sales.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise-level sales and account management.
  • Proven success in developing strategic sales plans, prospecting, and business development.
  • Ability to engage confidently with executive-level stakeholders and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Additional Details:

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Travel is required.
  • This is not a DOT-regulated or safety-sensitive role.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range: $115,000 – $156,000
  • Total Target Compensation: $169,500 – $305,800 (including target incentives)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), employee stock programs, PTO, parental leave, and additional employee perks.
