Financial Operations Analyst – Crypto & Payments (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: San Francisco, Miami, or NYC Metro (CT & NJ included)

Shift: Evening/Night Shift (7PM–4AM EST / 4PM–1AM PST)

We’re looking for a Financial Operations Analyst who thrives in high-energy, high-impact environments and wants to play a critical role in powering seamless 24/7 transactions across both crypto and fiat markets.

This isn’t your typical 9-to-5 gig. You’ll be a key player keeping global operations running smoothly during prime international hours, working at the intersection of crypto, stablecoins, and real-time payments. You’ll collaborate with world-class teams across Markets, Risk, Treasury, and Legal to ensure operational excellence as we scale next-gen payment solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with global settlement operations — ensuring accurate and timely funding across both crypto and fiat rails.
• Reconcile positions and balances, including stablecoin issuance and real-time payment flows.
• Monitor systems and venues in real time, resolving exceptions and ensuring smooth trade support.
• Keep meticulous records that power financial transparency across our core systems.
• Support a 24/7 customer base
• Help build and refine operational processes, from system setup to settlement instructions.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of hands-on ops experience in clearing, settlement, or reconciliation (bonus if in payments or crypto).
• Real-time exception monitoring and issue resolution chops.
• Excel/GoogleSheets wizardry (VBA), SQL skills (required), with additional skills in Python & Apps Script (required)
• A detail-obsessed, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
