We’re looking for a Community Lead – APAC to drive engagement and ecosystem growth across Asia-Pacific markets. This role combines community management, content creation, and partnership development to establish the company as a leader in the blockchain and cryptography ecosystem throughout the region.

You’ll build and nurture a thriving community of creators, developers, and partners — fostering meaningful connections between builders, institutions, and the broader crypto ecosystem across key APAC hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Regional Community Building: Grow and manage blockchain developer and creator communities across platforms like Discord, Telegram, WeChat, Weibo, and LINE. Drive engagement through culturally relevant initiatives tailored to local markets.
• Program Management: Lead regional Creator and Developer Programs, and coordinate events such as hackathons, bounties, grants, and workshops. Oversee regional activations at major conferences across APAC (Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Bangkok, etc.).
• Content & Communications: Create localized content for blockchain audiences — including tutorials, guides, and case studies. Manage multilingual community communications and ensure message consistency across channels. Collaborate with local translators and content partners.
• Ecosystem Growth: Build relationships with APAC-based L1s/L2s, dApps, infrastructure providers, and venture networks. Develop partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and key opinion leaders while navigating regional regulatory and business environments.
• Developer Support: Act as the bridge between APAC developers and internal engineering teams, ensuring smooth communication across time zones and languages. Support developers from initial engagement through mainnet deployment.
• Analytics & Strategy: Track regional metrics and on-chain data to measure community health, engagement, and growth. Use data insights to optimize regional strategies and tailor initiatives to local market trends.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years in blockchain/Web3 community management or developer relations, with deep experience across APAC markets.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, DeFi, and the regional crypto landscape.
• Proven track record managing active, multilingual crypto communities across multiple markets.
• Language skills: Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or other regional languages is highly valued.
• Experience running hackathons, grant programs, or developer initiatives in the APAC region.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for varied audiences.
• Established presence or network in the APAC crypto community.
• Familiarity with APAC market dynamics, regulatory nuances, and community culture.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and travel within the region (30–40% travel expected).
• Data-driven mindset with understanding of regional growth metrics.
• Knowledge of privacy-preserving technologies (e.g., ZK, MPC, FHE) is a plus.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
