Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the construction of projects ranging from $15 million to $40 million in annual revenues. The role involves enhancing customer relationships through exceptional service and managing various project aspects to ensure successful execution aligned with our client's core principles.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Manage project team(s) to ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate the submission of RFI's, Submittals, and Shop Drawings to the Architect/Owner, including responses to Trade Partners.
- Strategize bid packages based on contract documents.
- Develop Owner Schedule of Values for monthly draws to maintain positive cash flow.
- Lead crisis/emergency management planning for project sites.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, field supervision, or estimating roles within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management, estimating, and scheduling software.
- Strong mathematical, budgeting, and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
