Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, and offboarding
• Lead all things benefits administration, 401(k), open enrollment, and serve as a point of contact for employees and external benefit partners
• Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HR best practices while supporting a positive employee experience
• Partner with leadership on day-to-day HR initiatives, employee questions, and special projects that help move the business forward
