South Florida Market Manager
Location: Greater Miami Area 
Salary: $90-100K + bonus
We are seeking a South Florida Market Manager to be the face of our bold, premium Brazilian Cachaça brand. This is a full-time, entrepreneurial role for a motivated and charismatic professional passionate about premium spirits, culture, and meaningful brand storytelling.
You’ll be responsible for driving brand growth through direct sales, relationship building, and account development across on-premise (bars, restaurants, resorts, hotels, events) and off-premise (retail stores, distributors, e-commerce) channels.
Representing a brand rooted in Brazilian heritage and generations of craftsmanship, you will champion our mission to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary—turning lead into gold.
This role is ideal for a motivated, charismatic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, who can think of multiple channels simultaneously, and is adventurous. They must work independently, but with accountability, and have exceptional follow-through skills. They should be passionate about premium spirits and culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution
- Primary - Identify and source the best prospects for accounts and sales.
- Primary - Prospect, meet, and secure new accounts (on-premise & off-premise)
- Secondary - Conduct tastings, demos, and product education with buyers and staff
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Brand Representation
- Act as the face of the brand at shows, events, and tastings and partnership events. 	
- Identify and build strong relationships with distributors, retail managers, venue owners, and existing accounts while seeking new business opportunities
- Uphold the brand's values of transformation, excellence, and integrity in every interaction
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and market research
- Event planning and brand representation abilities
- 
Hosting events at bars, restaurants & stores
- Conduct presentations and tastings to prospective clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Assure orders are delivered and received in a timely manner
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Market Intelligence
- Understand and quantify market dynamics, volumes, and trends.
- Report on competitor activity, market trends, and consumer feedback
- Provide insights to refine sales strategy and product positioning in this constantly changing and growing market
- Administrative
- Help the company select and install a CRM program.
- Maintain CRM and/or sales logs.
- Help develop CRM systems and assure ongoing integration.
- Coordinate with logistics for fulfillment and inventory needs
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $90-100K per year
- Metric Bonus: Scheduled bonus payments based on achieving pre-determined Key Performance Metrics. If achieved would be up to 30% additional compensation
- Discretionary Bonus: Eligible for bonuses based on overall company performance and individual performance.

General:
- Reporting: Initially will report directly to CEO. Later, likely to report to another executive
- Work Location: Hybrid - Office / Home / Road / Travel
- Will be expected to attend regular meetings, both in person and virtually
- Some work time in the office is expected
Normal Schedule:
- Day work
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3 - 5 years in beverage/alcohol sales, spirits industry preferred. Professional sales history is in South Florida
- Existing relationships with local accounts a plus
- Self-starter with strong skills in communication, follow-thru, and negotiation
- Very much a team player and loves to work with others
- Passion for craft spirits, and authentic storytelling
- Knowledge in Brazilian culture is a plus but not necessary
- Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license
- Have necessary licenses and permits to sell alcohol in Florida
- Live in the Greater Miami area.
