North Gold Coast Based Opportunity
Are you a passionate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team on a multilevel residential and health project in the North Gold Coast region.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and compliance with legislation.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Facilitate toolbox talks and safety training for site personnel.
Investigate incidents and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a safe work environment.
Maintain and update HSE documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar HSE role.
Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and industry best practices.
Experience in multilevel residential and/or health projects highly regarded.
Relevant HSE qualifications (Cert IV/Diploma in WHS or equivalent).
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive approach to safety.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams to foster a strong safety culture.
