Senior Branch Manager – Leading Commercial Services Provider

Location: Orange County

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Branch Manager, you will have regional ownership of multiple locations in the LA metro area totaling $30M+ P&L. The Senior Branch Manager is a mentor, influencer, and change agent for the Branch Managers at locations in their region. You are a seasoned operator with Regional multi-location management experience, ideally in trades or commercial / home services industries. This is an exciting leadership role with the opportunity to drive performance, improve service standards, and contribute to the continued growth of a top-tier home services company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, directing service and installation teams to meet customer demands and company objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop technicians to align with workload requirements and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, technical standards, and customer service expectations.
  • Manage technician schedules in collaboration with dispatch to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to drive team productivity and excellence.
  • Monitor job progress, labor hours, materials, and cost controls to maintain profitability.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and factory representatives to resolve warranty and product-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate invoicing, work orders, and financial tracking to support operational goals.
  • Develop and execute training programs to ensure continued professional development of technicians.
  • Partner with senior leadership to optimize service operations and drive regional growth.


Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in commercial or home services management, construction, trades, etc., leading large teams in a service-based business.
  • 8-figure P&L ownership experience is a must
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, influence, and develop teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strategic thinker who is also highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and industry-related software.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours (nights, weekends, and holidays as needed).


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Up to $200k, depending on experience
  • Bonus: 30%

Additional Requirements:
