
Program Manager – Drone Warfare Systems

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an elite Program Manager to lead a high-stakes initiative focused on counter-drone operations and drone warfare capabilities. You will be the technical and operational lead responsible for ensuring our systems stay ahead of adversarial threats.
This role is a rare opportunity for a deeply technical U.S. military veteran to shape the future of drone combat systems and deliver field-ready technology that gives our forces a decisive edge.
This person will report directly to the VP of Advanced Defense Systems and will have direct reports of technical specialists and system engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical lead and hands-on manager for all aspects of the drone warfare program lifecycle
- Analyze enemy drone capabilities, behaviors, and system architectures to inform offensive and defensive solutions
- Identify gaps in U.S. and allied systems and lead development efforts to outmatch adversary technology
- Integrate advanced sensors, electronic warfare tools, and AI/ML systems into drone platforms
- Work across engineering, product, and operations teams to align technical priorities with mission outcomes
- Drive program execution with urgency and precision – from prototyping to deployment
- Represent the program with DoD stakeholders, intelligence agencies, and allied partners
Requirements:
- Military veteran with deep operational experience in drone warfare, electronic warfare, or SIGINT
- Background in technical program management, engineering leadership, or tactical operations with UAV systems
- Proven ability to translate field requirements into technical solutions
- Mission-first mindset with strong analytical skills and system-level thinking
- Comfortable working with both high-level strategic stakeholders and hands-on technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, military science, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
Ideal Background:
- Experience operating or countering enemy UAVs in live mission settings
- Prior role in special operations, ISR, or tactical drone programs
- Familiarity with current U.S. and adversary drone system architectures
- Security clearance (active or eligible)

Compensation:
High $100Ks to low $200Ks OTE + Equity Consideration
