About the Company

We are recruiting n behalf of a well-established Dubai-based technology solutions and systems integration company seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. Our client delivers complex, high-value projects across AV, ELV, IT and smart-building technologies, working with enterprise clients across the UAE and wider GCC. This is a strong opportunity for a commercially driven BDM with an existing UAE network to join a growing, project-led organisation.


About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business revenue, managing the full sales lifecycle and building long-term client and partner relationships. You will work closely with technical, presales and project teams to deliver tailored, solution-led proposals. This role suits someone confident in selling consultative, technical solutions into sectors such as corporate, hospitality, government, education and financial services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across Dubai and the GCC
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, solution scoping, proposals, negotiation and closing
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting via CRM
  • Work closely with presales and engineering teams to develop technically and commercially viable solutions
  • Develop and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, vendors and strategic partners
  • Lead bid submissions, tenders and commercial proposals
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and partner engagements
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide market insight to support sales and product strategy


Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B business development or sales within AV, ELV, IT, systems integration or smart-building solutions
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise or project-based deals in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of solution-based and consultative sales
  • Existing professional network within Dubai or the wider UAE
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical and presales teams
  • CRM experience and strong communication/presentation skills
  • UAE driving license preferred
