Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Fitout

Salary: up to AED 20,000 per month

Our client is a joinery company based in the U.A.E with operations spanning over 2 decades in the local as well as other markets in the GCC region, specialising in manufacturing of high-performance Fire and Acoustic wooden doors. As an ambitious organization with strong brand recognition within the construction industry, they have now ventured into the field of Interior Design & Contracting aiming

at the premium segment of single-unit projects (both commercial & residential). We are in search of an ambitious and passionate Senior Project Manager to oversee the entire project management operation of this newly established Fit-out division.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing Interior Fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the

highest standards of quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, regulatory/statutory requirements and quality standards
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget
• Ensure all project activities are executed according to the plan
• Be the focal points for project execution, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all (internal) team members
• Act as the main point of contact for clients when it comes to technical matters, understanding their needs and expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site inspections and resolving any issues that arise to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
• Track expenses and ensure cost-effective project delivery
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and other necessary records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• At least 10 - 15 years of experience working at a reputed Interior Fit-out firm
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management concepts
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Handson Experience in AutoCad
• Holder of a valid UAE Driving Licence and in possession of a vehicle.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in project management software (MSP & Primvera 6)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
