Healthcare Account Executive – Programmatic Advertising
Location: U.S. (Remote / Regional Travel)
Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000
The Role
Our client is a growing AdTech platform supporting advertisers in highly regulated industries. They are hiring a Healthcare Account Executive to drive new business across healthcare, life sciences, and related categories.
This is a full-cycle, consultative sales role focused on opening new relationships, navigating complex buying environments, and closing programmatic media solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with internal strategy and execution teams to support long-term client success.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Sell programmatic advertising solutions across display, video, CTV, data, and audience targeting
- Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise healthcare advertisers
- Travel to meet prospects, clients, and attend industry events as needed
- Develop trusted relationships with clients, agencies, and partners
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure strong execution and retention
- Stay current on healthcare, regulated advertising, and programmatic trends
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic, or digital media sales
- Strong understanding of DSPs, CTV, data, and audience targeting
- Experience selling into healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or regulated categories strongly preferred
- Proven hunter mentality with a track record of closing deals
- Confident, consultative seller focused on value and outcomes
- Comfortable working autonomously with clear performance goals
- Willingness to travel regionally
