🚀 What You'll Be Doing
⚖️ Serve as lead attorney on a high-volume docket of consumer warranty and lemon law matters — from intake through resolution
📝 Draft and argue dispositive motions — MTDs, MSJs, discovery motions — independently and at a high level
🎤 Take and defend first-chair depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and expert witnesses
📑 Own discovery strategy end-to-end — written discovery, responses, meet-and-confers, and hearings
🏛️ Appear regularly in state and federal court for hearings, conferences, and litigation proceedings
🤝 Lead settlement negotiations and mediations, balancing client objectives with efficient resolution
📊 Deliver strategic updates and risk assessments directly to institutional clients
⚙️ Apply mass tort / high-volume principles to triage and move a large case portfolio efficiently
🧠 What We're Looking For
✔️ 8+ years of civil litigation experience ✔️ Background in insurance defense, product liability, or warranty/lemon law ✔️ Proven ability to manage a large, independent docket ✔️ Strong motion practice and deposition skills ✔️ Active California Bar in good standing (required) ✔️ Based in San Diego or willing to relocate ✔️ Looking for long-term growth — not just the next lateral move
