Position Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Project Engineer to design and execute complex infrastructure and cloud projects across client environments.
This role is highly project-focused, with responsibilities spanning architecture, implementation, and client engagement. You will work on a wide range of initiatives including cloud migrations, network infrastructure builds, and service deployments. The ideal candidate is technical, client-facing, and self-driven, with the ability to take ownership of projects from design through completion.

What You’ll Do
- Design and implement complex technical solutions across client environments
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to execute projects
- Build and administer:
- Networks, firewalls, and wireless environments
- Lead and execute:
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint migrations
- Intune deployments and administration
- Own projects end-to-end, from planning and architecture through delivery
- Develop and maintain internal and client-facing documentation
- Communicate with clients via phone and email, acting as a technical advisor
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical clients
- Support project work that may occur during evenings or weekends
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal); customer-facing experience preferred
- Experience working in structured environments with change control and documentation standards
Technical Expertise
- Windows Server (up to 2022)
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS
- Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, clustering)
- LAN/WAN infrastructure and networking
- Security design and best practices
- Microsoft 365 (including Intune)
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- VDI or session-based desktop environments (Citrix, Microsoft RDS)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, VBScript)
