If you have a passion for the iGaming industry and a knack for building strong relationships with VIP customers while maximising revenue, then this role is tailor-made for you.
As a VIP Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our VIP customers. Your mission is to provide them with top-quality service, ensuring they receive a premium experience that keeps them engaged and valued. Building and maintaining strong relationships with these high-value players will be at the core of your responsibilities.
Collaboration and proactive identification of opportunities to enhance the VIP experience are key. You'll work closely with various departments, including CRM and marketing, to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our VIP customers. Reporting on VIP account performance to senior management will also be part of your role, helping drive strategic decisions to further improve the VIP program.
