WHAT’S THE JOB
We’re on the hunt for a Middleweight Graphic Designer to join an innovative Hotelier Brand and help shape the customer facing brand identity. This role is all about using creative flair to execute exquisitely, taking company creative direction and turning it into bold, clean, impactful design that lives across digital, print, product and pitch whilst resonating strongly with the brand.
Part of the brand and marketing team but strongly connected to sales and product, this isn’t a backseat design role. You’ll be collaborating, contributing, and getting stuck in!
This position can be based hybrid in Malta or Berlin.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Asset Magic: crafting super fun and eye-popping branded goodies, from social media posts and email newsletters to pitch decks, packaging, product labels, and a whole lot more!

Exquisite Formatting: using you eye for detail expertly format and style reports, tenders and trend forecasts so they’re clear, digestible and on-brand.

Collaboration Dream: teaming up with the awesome marketing and sales squads to kick off campaign launches, throw epic events, and whip up eye-catching customer materials!

Speedy Vision: translating ideas into visuals, fast. You’re the person who can take a sketchy brief and bring it to life with style.

Energetic Edge: bringing energy, edge and originality to the brand vision and creative, with a focus on social.

Helping Hands: assisting the Creative Lead when needed, working across both multiple brands.

Eye-to-eye: ensuring everything looks and feels consistent, aligned and elevated, keeping a clear and consistent brand message is key.
WHO ARE YOU?

Track Record: can provide an exquisite portfolio displaying fully fledges creative design campaigns from idea to completion.

Solid Experience: have 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a brand-led or agency environment.

Visionary: can turn social content into scroll-stopping visuals with just the right amount of personality.

Team Player: are proactive, hands-on and love collaborating across teams and not afraid to get stuck in.

Creative Spark: have a strong eye for layout, type, and storytelling through design.

Digital Edge: are confident with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and know your way around digital formats.

Detail Hawk: know how to make reports, decks and content look beautiful without losing clarity or structure.

Savvy Social: can turn social content into scroll-stopping visuals with just the right amount of personality.
Bonus points if you:
• Have experience in motion/animation (Reels, GIFs, video editing).
• Understand B2B brand communications.
• Have worked across both physical (packaging, product design) and digital design.
