WHAT'S THE JOB?  

An up-and-coming iGaming Operator are on the hunt for an Operations Specialist with a background in payments and/or Customer Service to join the team! 

You will be managing escalations, handling stakeholder queries, keeping your eye for detail honing in on QA. Not only that your keen eye will be on the lookout for any payment issues that may arise.

This team are fun and energetic and looking for a positive individual to come on board! 

 

This position is 4 days a week in the office in Malta.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?  

  • Coordination Whizz: Coordinate with stakeholders and report on the status of any operations escalations. 
  • Risk Risk Risk: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 
  • Milestone Manager: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements. 
  • Talk To Me: Be a key point of contact for all stakeholders involved in payments. 
  • Teamwork Dreamwork: Alongside the Head of Operations, plan regular meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. 
  • Project Power: Collate and communicate project status and key deliverables to internal teams and external partners. 
  • Escalation Station: Escalate and track payments issues and clearly report to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Timely Testing: Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities to ensure seamless integration and functionality. 
  • Tick Tock: Troubleshoot technical issues related to payment processing and provide timely resolutions. 
  • Know Your Stuff: Ensure that payment projects comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices. 
  • GDPR!: Ensure security measures are followed to protect sensitive payment data and prevent fraud or unauthorised access and suggest improvements where needed. 
  • Savvy Researcher: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in the payments sector and make recommendations for strategic initiatives. 

 

  

WHAT CAN YOU DO?  

  • Know Your Stuff: Proven experience in the Payments/Operations space, preferably within the payments sector or iGaming industry. 
  • Perfect Payments: Strong understanding of payment systems, methods, and platforms, including credit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies. 
  • Chat Chat: Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Masterful Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively. 
  • Compliance Checker: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the payments industry. 
  • Speedy Results: Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
