OUR STORY & VISION

Founded in 1952, Thrive Church grew from living room meetings to our current home on Newberry Street. For 70 years, we've been relevant, relational, and real while sharing the life-changing Gospel message. Recently, God has doubled our church size and we've launched our second campus. We're pursuing a God-sized dream of reaching thousands across York County as one church in multiple locations. Our mission: help everyone take their next step with God.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and execute engaging worship experiences across multiple campuses
• Build and lead a thriving team of musicians and vocalists
• Select music that resonates with our congregation while maintaining theological integrity
• Collaborate with our tech team to ensure excellence in audio/visual elements
• Work closely with our pastoral team to integrate worship into overall church mission
• Manage ministry budget responsibly
• Develop a leadership pipeline that supports our multi-campus growth strategy
• Plan worship for special events (Christmas, Easter, conferences, etc.)

We seek a worship leader whose character aligns with 1 Timothy 3 standards:

• Mature in faith, grounded in sound doctrine, and emotionally balanced
