North Sydney, NSW | Full-Time | $80,000 – $85,000 + Super + Bonus

About the Role


As the Client Success Manager, you’ll own the client journey from onboarding through to settlement. You’re the central point of coordination — the person connecting clients, Buyer’s Agents, brokers, property managers, and internal teams.


This is not an admin role. It’s a fast-paced, responsibility-heavy position for someone who thinks ahead, communicates clearly, and takes genuine ownership of outcomes.

The people who thrive here are the ones who take ownership, stay ahead of the detail, and don’t need to be micromanaged to get things done.


Key Responsibilities


•       Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their investment journey

•       Manage onboarding and set clear expectations from day one

•       Proactively update clients and manage communication cadence

•       Coordinate timelines, milestones, and documentation across multiple stakeholders

•       Maintain CRM accuracy and workflow discipline

•       Identify potential risks early and communicate them clearly

•       Handle difficult conversations professionally and directly when required

•       Support re-signing conversations and identify future opportunities

•       Continuously improve internal systems and the overall client experience


Skills & Experience


They care more about how you think than where you’ve worked. That said, here’s what will set you up for success:

•       2+ years in a client-facing or operations role (Account Management, Customer Success, EA/PA, or similar)

•       Strong written and verbal communication skills

•       High attention to detail and genuine organisational discipline

•       Confidence managing multiple clients and competing priorities simultaneously

•       Ability to handle pressure without becoming reactive

•       Comfort having direct conversations when needed


You’ll stand out if you have:


•       Experience in property, finance, or real estate

•       Used CRM systems in a structured, process-driven environment

•       A personal interest or experience in property investing

•       A genuine desire to build a long-term career in a performance-driven environment
