The Business

Palise Property is a nationwide buyer’s agency that helps clients source and acquire high-quality commercial and residential property investments across Australia.

With a team of around 25 professionals, the business provides end-to-end buyer representation — from initial acquisitions and negotiations through to due diligence and settlement. It’s a high-touch, client-first model where the quality of every interaction matters.

Marketing sits at the centre of how the business grows and retains its client base. It’s not a support function — it’s a core part of how Palise Property shows up in the market, nurtures its pipeline, and keeps clients engaged throughout what is often a long and considered buying journey.

The team moves fast, holds itself to a high standard, and genuinely values the contribution of every person in it.

What’s in It for You

•       $80,000 – $100,000 inc. super

•       Fully remote with just one day per month in Sydney

•       Work directly with the Head of Marketing with visibility across the full marketing function

•       Real scope to own your work — this isn’t a task-ticker role

•       Be part of a growing, high-performance business in the property sector

•       A collaborative team culture that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously

About the Role

As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute Palise Property’s marketing strategy across digital, content, and client engagement channels.

This role sits at the intersection of content creation, campaign execution, and project coordination. One day you might be filming short-form video content, the next you’re managing newsletter production, briefing an external agency, or reviewing mid-funnel performance data. The variety is real — and so is the ownership.

A key focus of the role is mid-funnel marketing: mapping the client journey, building nurture sequences, and making sure prospects are engaged, informed, and moving in the right direction. If you’re someone who thinks about marketing holistically — not just output, but outcomes — you’ll find a lot to get your teeth into here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brief and manage the external social media agency, acting as the primary internal liaison for all agency deliverables
  • Independently produce short-form video, image, and written content when agency support isn’t engaged
  • Review and approve agency output to ensure everything is on-brand, on-time, and aligned with business priorities
  • Project manage the end-to-end production of client newsletters — from content planning and copywriting through to scheduling and deployment
  • Maintain and segment email marketing lists, monitor performance metrics, and recommend improvements
  • Develop and refine email sequences and automated communications as part of the broader mid-funnel strategy
  • Map and regularly review the client journey, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and increase conversion
  • Coordinate mid-funnel initiatives that move prospects from awareness through to active enquiry
  • Maintain marketing asset libraries, brand templates, and internal documentation
  • Support the Head of Marketing with day-to-day execution of the marketing plan and assist with events and brand-building activity as required

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in a marketing coordinator or equivalent role
  • Proven experience in email marketing — newsletter production, automation, and performance reporting
  • Confidence filming and editing short-form video content for social and digital platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball on quality
  • Experience managing or coordinating external agencies or creative partners
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent written communication and a sharp eye for detail
  • A data-informed mindset — comfortable using metrics to assess what’s working and what isn’t

You’ll stand out if you have:

•       Experience in property, real estate, or professional services

•       Background in customer journey mapping or mid-funnel strategy

•       Basic video editing skills — CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
