What You’ll Do

·        Advocate at the highest level: Represent clients in complex workers’ compensation matters—litigating, negotiating, and resolving cases with autonomy and authority.

·        Be a thought leader: Stay on top of evolving legal trends, contribute to firm strategy, and help shape the future of the practice.

·        Mentor and inspire: Guide and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

·        Engage locally: Build relationships with clients, courts, and the broader legal community in Westchester and White Plains.

What Sets You Apart

·        J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in NY.

·        3+ years of experience as a workers’ compensation attorney, with a record of success in complex matters.

·        Confidence in managing a full caseload independently and collaboratively.

·        Technological savvy, especially with virtual hearings and case management.

·        Strong leadership, communication, and advocacy skills.

Compensation: $185-250K annually
