What Sets You Apart

·        J.D. and active NY State Bar admission.

·        At least 3 years of hands-on experience in workers’ compensation law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.

·        Deep knowledge of NY workers’ compensation statutes, litigation strategy, and client advocacy.

·        Outstanding communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Compensation: $185-250K annually
